Our shipping fee is a flat rate per order and is $8. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $60. All orders are shipped via Fedex Ground and usually arrive within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional 1-3 business days for order processing.
After placing an order you should receive an e-mail conformation to the e-mail address provided. Please make sure to check your Spam folder as well. In case if no e-mail was received please contact customer support or log in to your account to make sure that the correct address was entered.
As soon as your is processed and is ready to be shipped you will receive an additional e-mail containing your tracking number. In case if you do not get an e-mail feel free to track it here.
If a week has gone by and you still did not receive your order please first go to Track My Order page and enter your information for the latest status. If the status is still not shipped, do not worry! As we have 7 store locations sometimes it takes a few extra days to transfer the merchandise to our shipping location. As soon as it arrives at our facility in Wyncote, PA we will immediately ship it to you.
We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order will be delayed for 48 to 72 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
